Spotlight on Sade

So this was one of my favorite artist growing up! I do not know what it was about her she just captivated me in so many ways. I think that it was the passion she put into each song which really pulled me into her music. By Your Side was a track I use to play all the time before going to sleep. This was off her Lovers Rock album. King of Sorrow is also a tight track as well. I do not know much about her as far as her history goes. I believe she was banned from Jamaica if my memory served me correctly. But, I might be wrong.

I could have googled her and made it seem as if I knew every single detail but I wont. Really, her music is what captivated me. That's all that's it. But yea I use to sing this song to my homegirl Nakeithyia (sorry, If I spelt it wrong) in one of my math classes. I do not remember learning anything in that math class either lol! But, there goes high school for ya! But that is a whole other topic! So enjoy the smooth sounds from Sade chea!
