Are chicken nuggets reaaally chicken nuggets?!?!? I mean they say they are and they may be breaded but they dont taste like chicken! I mean what can you say about these companies that market "chicken nuggets" maybe they should just call it the "Golden Brown Nugget' or just the "Dikembe Mutombo" (get it) ahh n e ways...I just always wondered what the hell is in that stuff and just FAST FOOD while I love it I am sure its up there with a few big killers (cigs, car accidents, lack of sex?!?! lol! well, I would assume that would kill you) and these commercials are another story to be unraveled but we wont begin to start there!

Can you say WTF???!!? Look man, enjoy yo next ten piece or twenty piece lmao! I know I will especially when I taste that "MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE" HMMMM!!
I mean, do your fast food thing it is convenient but for the 2010 work on ya cooking game and changing up the eating habits a bit...Not even just for health purposes, but for your pockets, man these fast food places will break ya wallet into smitherines if you let em! So yea, think about what you eat before you eat it (#doubleentendre), hit up your gym if you have to or even go outside and PLAY, walk to campus if your only 10 min away, Ride ya bike instead of catching the bus, go walking your dog around the complex, if you have a partner motivate them to work out with you and let em know that the benefits that night will be AMAZING, work out with a close friend and you guys can motivate each other, make goals for yourself and rewards (once a week if I work out like I am supposed to I can have some ice cream) and please not that you do not have to stop eating every single meal you love, just cut it down into smaller portions and another tool that we usually forget that is a great workout is DANCING...even if you can not dance or not...just turn on some music and DANCE YOUR HEART OUT! The moral of the story is Just stay active...All you need is a good 20-30 min about 3-5 times a week! Its only a challenge if you let it be one!!
The word on the health streets is if you dont USE IT, YOU LOSE IT...
