So with the Drake leak I have been seeing that people are still saying "Im still gonna buy his album!" Which is good to hear but how far do you think his album is gonna go. I mean honestly from the track list it just seems to be music for the LADIES! And there is nothing wrong with that cause thats honestly the only people buying albums. And of course the Degrassi fans are gonna be all over wheel chair jimmy's new project ya know!? Also, I mean he does have his city of toronto behind him which I feel since they do not have that many artist dropping albums that they are gonna support DRAKE and Beiber when there work drops! But yea, will he be thanking you guys for him going GOLD, PLATINUM...Diamond uhhhhhh that probably wont happen...but, who knows how big his fan base is!!

I personally like what he dropped on the "leak". VERY reminiscent of "So far Gone" and i rocked wit that hard. I personally think his joint is gon sell, especially if he adds tracks or switches the list totally. I mean his fan base spans over MANY places where regular hip hop artists aren't. Good point bout Tha Carter still going platinum with a leak. Only time will tell tho! This ALL coulda been accounted for by the record label so don't be surprised if TML on June 15th adds/subtracts/switches up the track list. Let's be real, YM artists have material for DAYSSSSSSSSSS lol

ReplyDeleteThe leak was a good thing so I mean it can only get him publicity! What album doesnt get leaked these days! Just hope he dont let it discourage him like it almost did for lupe! Even tho drake and lupe on a track would be kinda tight...sidenote..but yea, we will see indeed!!
Im kinda feeling like the singing is extra but cool at the same time...but as an up north dude I wanna hear more rapping. But, you are right kid he needs to focus on his lady fans or what not ya feel me. Up north we never buy albums (well I dont) so I know whats good. But the album so far got the punchlines hittin regardless and I mean he got Hov on a track so I fux wit the kid even more.
