Chef Boy-R-Neems

What up to all my fellow blog viewers! As you all know I am trying to get my cooking swagger up on a million bucks! So expect me to be talking about all my many cooking adventures whether they are GREAT OR HORRIBLE...I now realize its is an experience that I have to begin.

Do I know how to cook? Nah!!! not at all hence why I am learning lol! So I, along with my aunt back home and some friends and family and some GOOGLING I will be able to become a great chef (crosses fingers). Funny thing, my dad is a chef and asked me before if I wanted to go to Cullinary arts school but I kindly rejected the offer...But, that is another topic at hand. Moving forward: Now, I plan to be on my grind and getting into my grown phase of life in order so I can be able to cook for myself as well as my queen. Notice I did not add children to the platter and that is because I am no where near the thought or those thoughts. I want em tho, just dont want em now lol! Will I be cooking and inviting beautiful women over...eh? not quite lol! I will just be cooking and if I have friends in the vicinity then they will know via FB or TWITTER but most likely I will not be just passing out plates and box's of my dishes as I get better in this art form of cooking.

From what I hear its relatively easy and it is quite the affordable route from all this fast food action! I am trying to stray away from the millions of dollars (DRAMATIZATION) I spend on fast food daily, weekly, monthly and all that other jazz! So that is another reason I will be trying to throw down in my very own Cocina (Kitchen for you non-bilingual fans). Well, I believe thats all...

WAIT...

Well, I can let you guys know about my dishes I have made since moving into my own Apartamente (Apartment lol, but not really) Shrimp Alfriedo, Spaghetti which is a relatively easy and quick dish and now I am hoping to make some curry shrimp. Gotta start throwing the Jamaican in that cooking repertoire real quick! Ya dig! But yea, you guys will be hearing about all my many cooking accomplishments! Chea!
