Groovaloos



Here is a short overview of the team...

Based out of Los Angeles, the award winning Groovaloos represent today's most visible dancers in the entertainment industry and have attained some of the highest levels of commercial achievement available in their craft. Individual resumes note artists from Madonna and Miley Cyrus to Beyonce and The Black Eyed Peas, TV and feature film credits range from Step Up 2 to America's Best Dance Crew and commercial work varies from iPod to McDonalds. Founded in 1999 by Bradley "Shooz" Rapier, The Groovaloos have garnered numerous accomplishments from 1st place at The American Street Dance Championships, countless industrials and live events nationwide to special guest performances on So You Think You Can Dance, Superstars of Dance Champions, One Cubed, The Wayne Brady Show, and The Ellen Show.

If you did not see the show it was quite amazing it came through to UF last weekend at the CPA!! I wont go into much detail and I know its not like you are going to see the show but I just do not feel like going into much detail lol! Basically, they showed the lives of dancers and how they came from harsh backgrounds, people doubting them, and just the trials and tribulations that came along with wanting to pursue the career or dancing! It was quite the inspirational piece and the audience had a lot of youngsters as well so the message was definitely an appropriate one! Well, watch the clip it was mad dope! Its not from the show but its them on "So You Think You Can Dance."
