Chef Boy R Neems

Whats good world so you are probably asking whats been up with the cooking world...

Well you know I been on my baking game and been on my cheesecake grind (red velvet and chocolate cheesecake). I am also no longer burning rice which is cool so I am really happy about that! And I dont know what else I wanna cook but its all about whatever comes my way and whoever wants to work with me to help me be a better chef! I am hoping to dabble into a little cornmeal porridge (random note) and n e other Jamaican dishes I can think of...Jerk, Oxtail (which was one the dishes that I have made as well), dumplin etc. etc.

But cooking is actually pretty fun and I am mad that I was not doing this since my freshman year but things were a lot harder on campus as oppose to being off campus. And cooking is not as hard as I imagined even though I am still effin up but I am getting the swing of things. I am now incorporating sides and other little things with my dishes now to spicen things up!

Speaking of spices my seasoning cabinet is getting up there...Got a lil paprika, got a lil italian, some basil, some salt N peppa (ahhh push it), some creole seasoning and so on and so forth!

but yea if you got any suggestions of dishes, seasonings, tips or advice, or if you wanna buy the stuff and teach me how to cook or vice versa...holla at ya boi! but yea chef boy r neems is out dis bih! Ordering out tonight cause I did not get to the store!
